In these moments of uncertainty and after weeks of complying with stay-at-home orders, we are all desperate to get back to a “normal life.” When we can do that safely – and until then – we wanted to be as transparent with you as possible about the measures we are taking to keep our team and our customers safe. We are relentlessly meeting and exceeding safety requirements required of small businesses and we wanted to share some of the details with you to help set your mind at ease.

Here are processes and procedures that we have enacted at our Yates business locations:

  • Daily temperature checks of all teammates prior to the start of their shift with daily documentation

  • Installed splash shields at all retail counters

  • Cleaning and sanitizing hourly all touch points for both clients and teammates

  • Social distancing among teammates and customers whenever possible

  • Sanitizing every vehicle after work is completed at Yates Automotive, Yates Collision, Yates Express Lube and Yates Kingstowne Car Wash
